Maritime UK South West will be holding their next Women in Maritime Network event, bringing together people from across the region's maritime sector to connect, share experiences and hear from inspiring industry leaders on Tuesday 10th November 2026, 10.00am-2.00pm at the University of Plymouth.

Hosted at the University of Plymouth Babbage Building, the event will provide an opportunity to build connections across the network, hear from a range of speakers and take part in discussions around leadership, careers and opportunities for women across the maritime sector.

The programme will include a keynote from Elaine Plested, Chair of the South West Regional Defence and Security Cluster (SWRDSC), alongside a series of short talks from women working across maritime and related industries.

A panel discussion featuring Team Plymouth Directors will explore their experiences and perspectives, followed by lunch and an opportunity for informal networking.
