The new programme brings together cadet recruitment and development across participating Carnival cruise lines into a single corporate framework, creating a clearer, more connected pathway for future maritime professionals. Cadets will benefit from a simplified and consistent application process, exposure to multiple career routes across Carnival's global brands, and structured development throughout their cadetship.

For colleges, training providers and industry partners, the programme will expand over the next three years, increasing the number of UK cadets and introducing a centralised leadership team, greater consistency in processes, and deeper collaboration as Carnival continues to invest in the next generation of maritime talent.
